What makes C&S Training unique?

Cathie Colfer and Steve Janiszewski are not trainers that decided to make financial institution training their specialty. they are successful financial institution people that also happen to be outstanding trainers.

They've worked the teller line, been personal bankers, managed personnel from teller departments, to branch facilities, to entire branch networks. So, they are able to share information that can be used immediately by the participants.

How long has C&S been in business?

Since January, 1994 when Cathie and Steve decided to leave financial institution operations and dedicate themselves full time to training financial institution employees.


What is meant by Customized Programs?

Very simply, the client is sent an outline of the program they are interested in. They determine the focus points, what should be accentuated and what should be eliminated to the greatest benefit of the financial institution and the participant.


How long is each program?

Each program is designed for approximately 3 hours. Keep in mind that the client customizing of programs can change the time element considerably.


Can one of my employees be trained to "take over" the program?

C&S does train and sell some of its programs to clients. We stress the need for continuous training of employees. And since we can't be there all the time, we advocate an in-house trainer/contact person that we can work with.


Who does the training?

Cathie and Steve do all the training work. They do team training on most programs. This has been found to be extremely beneficial to the participants since Steve and Cathie each bring their own style, perspective and expertise to the programs.


What is the pricing? Can I get get references?
